Hello, I am on a open work permit and my wife/kid are on visitor records. Can they apply for their TRVs from within Canada? I heard from some that they can apply only from outside of Canada, is that true?

Spoke with CIC, they have confirmed that there are system performance issues with their website for the last week or so and there is no ETA to have it fixed.

Is it just me? I have been having a tough time with CIC website for the past week, it will crash on me pretty much everytime in the middle of a questionnaire, uploading documents, payments etc. Very frustrating. Has someone here heard any news if they are going through technical challenges?
