I don't know its like a month ago changed to process but processing date doesn't change. Only change is file submitted to april.

why don't you apply for OCI? it will be better in future too.

Hi Mohsoh, I'm in the same boat. I won the appeal in March. April Medical done and all the document sent on may 7th. File is updated to processing. And processing date is previous 2013. How you know file is in New Delhi? did you receive any letter? Don't know when waiting going to end :(

Hi Kara, Call Immigration and ask them? you only have 30days to do medical. I received the medical request for my Husband by mail. And there was no update online when we received the request. So ask your spouse to check the mail.

I called CIC and they told me this fees has been paid. I dont have to pay again. It was just the regular mail they sent out to everyone. I recommend you, after your hubby comes. Ask for refund of one of the payment :)
