They should be giving you the details. You can contact either your local branch where DD was taken or contact the call centre and inform them some of your friends got the DD encashment details.

I know one of our forum member who updated also has got MR from NDVO and his application date is June 16 and he mentioned that he didnt receive the PER. But his PER date would have been 10 Oct.. MR requests will be issued not on first come first basis.. varies from applicant to applicant..

Check with the local ICICI branch where you took the DD. They can let you know the status in 2 business days.

You should be looking into the immigration sheet they will be providing to you during the Customs and immigrating stage in the airport after you landed..
