Guys any 3212 applicant has got update???

mine started on 31st Dec. and BCG on 14th Feb. 2014

When they visited my work place I was not there and they thought my employment is not genuine. I have submitted the every relevant docs but still waiting for their answers.

Guys any 3212 Applicant or members applied in July 2013 have got updates from NDVO? I have submitted my clarification to NDVO 3 months ago but have not got any response. Please advise.

No they told that they are not satisfied with JD and they think I have not worked here or not working here... And they have considered the statement of outsider who is not working with me but he was present at that time.

They came to my working place and 2 trainees identified my photo still they have mentin that no one hasidentified me...

Do NDVO asked anyone to clarify after background checks?

It has been six months my file reached to NDVO.

Is anyone applying for GCMS? Coz my consultant tells me it is just waste of money. What you suggests seniors???

They might have got the list that who else has applied from your area and hence they might be waiting to mail. Coz if they reject ur file they have to repay your amount back.

Even after 6 months if we go or Case Specific Enquiry they ask us to wait for 28 days and they will reply if they want to...

Really they dnt have such authority to check. They shld hv informed our employer atleast. This is against the law and they can be charged for Unauthorised entry to the premises. There such attitude can also affect our jobs and wrong impression of us on our employers.
