Better to take signature on each page.. stamp on last page seems to be OK.. at least, that was the case with me. I am not sure what other people may advice.. but it looks ok to me.

If you are in India, you can visit the nearby court or govt offices for registration etc.. normally there is a lot of advocates, notaries and such people who can do translation along with affidavit and notary stamp also..

1. you can show liquid properties as proof of fund.. but can not show gold, land, car etc. 2. You can deposit even one day before and get the bank certificate. 3. I am also confused about your question.. :P but remember that you can show your bank balance, LIC certificate, mutual fund...

I sent attested documents without dates but did not face any problem.. but ensure that you send it in a sealed cover.. and also put degree / diploma certificate separately outside the sealed cover. Important: Above information is relevant for India and your country may require something...
