That is tru, I have just checked my bank aaccount balance, that my filke was charged yesterday 09 march 2015. NOC 1114 File reached on 29 december 2014. Please, do not panic, all applications (29-31 december) will be charged and I hope to receive PER in short days. Good luck to all my friends.
