YES It is COMPULSORY to attest ORIGINAL Degree & Transcript. HEC only attest photocopies of those documenst whose original are already attested by them. Please refer to HEC website for more details about price. For me i got it attesetd in Feb, they charge 800 fro original and 500 for photocopy
