I am in the same situation and already got my PR as far as I know, you dont need to provide them with any documents for your child born in Canada, they only need the document of the applicants inluded in your application form.

good day. our medical was completed last April 9 and called the clinic that they uploaded the files. Until now the status of our application is in Process, are there any august applicant awaiting for decision? could I email CPP-O and ask if they receive our medical? Thank you,
