Hi Karen,
I believe you can send along your nib and police clearance along with your passport and ppr letter to VAC. I have a similar timeline like yours, my husband submitted his passport through VAC Oct 27 along with Appendix A.

My husband just messaged me saying that he received all photos, receipts and cards back from Singapore with no interview letter inside! Hopefully his visa will be approve and issue soon! It's been 1 week exactly since he sent in his passport.

Yeah I was surprised when we received PPR through email :/ not sure if they will send us another one through regular mail with our proofs and wedding photos back, I hope so cause I would like to keep the cards we sent each other since I sent in all original cards.

Your option C printout is from the previous year assessment(2013) therefore it will show you single if you got married in 2014. When did you legally get married?
I just looked at the spreadsheet, my package got there on the 3rd but cic hasn't looked at it yet since its now 55 days for step 1. Just letting you know so the spreadsheet is updated :)

I would put the marriage certificate in the sponsor folder since it has the marriage certificate listed under supporting documents for the sponsor. I hope that helps.
