Hi Karen, I believe you can send along your nib and police clearance along with your passport and ppr letter to VAC. I have a similar timeline like yours, my husband submitted his passport through VAC Oct 27 along with Appendix A.

Your option C printout is from the previous year assessment(2013) therefore it will show you single if you got married in 2014. When did you legally get married?

I would put the marriage certificate in the sponsor folder since it has the marriage certificate listed under supporting documents for the sponsor. I hope that helps.
