Guys, what is the difference between NOC 2173 and 2174 i.e. software engineer and computer programmers. I take them as same. Also, does software testers fall under 2173?

Do we need to have info on hours per week in employment letters? I think saying full-time sgould be suffice in this regard. Seniors can chime on and correct me if I am wrong. My letters say that I was a fulltime employee.
