Don't worry .... it's normal. It is clearly mentioned in COPR that Visa stamping is not required for all countries. (Please refer the following link). Also, it is normal to print "Not valid for Travel" water mark...

Hi, My wife is primary applicant and we have mentioned in the application that dependants will be accompanying PA. Same is mentioned in COPR as well. I would like to know, if PA alone wants to travel first, do we need to inform anyone prior to landing ? Thanks Arun

How much money to bring while entering Canada ? There is no limit to bring money to Canada by a PR You need to declare at immigration check that you hold more than $10,000 It is not mandatory to bring/carry the same amount that you showed at the time of filling/showing Financial Proof (forms)...

It is not required his fund should be in the form of Fixed deposit. Only criteria is whatever fund he has shown, it should be unencumbered.
