Even I have requested the change in visa office to New Delhi for my wife....Based on the comments that I have read in this forum, CIC should send a response within 2 weeks (normally, but there could be some exceptions).....

I have done a bit of reading on this and even I have requested the visa change for my wife....Based on what I have read it would take 2 weeks i.e. 10 working days for CPC to respond...and once we get the response...the 30 day clock will start all over again....Lets hope for the best....
