This can not happen .. either you are inland applicant or staying in London (LVO ).. NDVO is never this much fast

Atleast you are in canada and enjoying living there .. I am from india and It has been 4.5 months approx , same as of yours , but waiting. So I think you must enjoy there and patiently wait for PR.
