I submitted 04th Nov. upfront medical updated 8th, biometric request 9th, updated 11th. 14th started eligibility review. but dont know how long it will take.

Then there wont be an issue. However you need to apply VV+SP for child also as he is in school age.

What is the age of your child? If the child is like below 6 you can clarify that he/she cant stay without mother. And you need to show the money for child's expenses too.
