I always thought it is the other way around. Many people who I know applied for a visitor visa to Canada after having a child in US and received it without any issue. While for US they really ask about this and refuse the Visa if they suspected that someone might give birth in US on visitor visa.

They don’t have visa. And the fact is nobody cares who visits Canada if he is able to support himself Their only child was born in US while on visitor visa, a cultural society covered part of their medical expenses. So no school aged kids.

I think that "Apps by NOC / Cap estimate" should be modified. It seems that 2174 applications for the forum form only 17 percent of the world wide applications. I doubt that even May applicants will be included in the CAP :(

I don't think you can get through, I read for last year they rejected some applications because of this, try your best to get proper experience letters even from your direct supervisors.

It seems CIC is possessing 1000,000 applications :o They are taking ages :'( I guess it will take till September to reach the end of May, don't you think so?
