    Hi all! I am spanish and actually I live in Beijing. I have applied to MPNP. Now my application is in the Hong Kong visa office because I've lived in Beijing during more one year. Anyone knows if I can request change of visa office to Paris which falls to me as spanish citizen? Thanks.
