Can some one answer for these questions. How long the process would take for sponsoring the US born kid ? i'm planning to move along with family in June .Can the child stay max of 6 months only by using U.S passport or it can be extended till the kids get PR ?

Hi Everyone, We did soft landing in July 2015 and stayed back in US.Now we are planning to move for good in July 2018 . I know 2 years minimum stay required out of 5 years to retain the PR status. Is this calculated based on 5 yrs from our first landing (ie July 2020) or as per expiry date...

Got my passport back today . :) :) Sent on 23rd March thro Bluedart Reached NDVO on 25th March Received back on 18 th April (24th day) Total 10 months 20 days journey comes to an end !! Feeling relaxed !! Thanks for all your support thro out the journey . Wish you all good luck !!

19 calendar days over . did't receive my passports back. Is this normal ? 4th Line updated on the day my passport was delivered to V.O.
