asivad, need your view. my passport has 10 months validity and PPR email suggests it shud be atleast 12 months. while i will renew this immediately, do i need to send any CSE to CIC? or any other communication like replying to the VO email? they have given 30 days deadline to send PP. thanks

Thats a complete non sense, any bank can check their nostro for the debit in reference to the dd no. Call the bank and tell them why they are so unique that they are the only bank in this world who can't confirm DD status. Best wishes.

There have been cases where pOF was re-asked. Nowhere it is written that statement is better than certificates, but anyone would guess statements are 1000 times stronger proofs than certificates (statement shows the trail, certificates don't).

That's sad to hear. Our assumptions say all checks are now completed and incomplete apps are returned via regular email. Now WES is tricky, even if u submit a copy of ur original ECA, ur CIC official can easily check WES database for authenticity as WEs makes every FSWP entries available to CIC...
