I think you will be fine as long as you could prove that mode of instruction was in English. I mean you will need a official piece of paper from your university indicating that , but not only the English certificate.

Don't worry you will be fine. Yes it is mandatory to attend the interview which is very short. All the officers are friendly.

I agree with PMM. Yes you can use your credit card abroad. Now days it doesn't matter if you have short vacation.
