Friday received, on Thursday they sent me mail, but it took 6 more days to get them back

When we sent the passports with dhl they included a letter in the package asking them to inform me that passports are ready for pick up so I could call them to send a courier. It was like that, vo sent me mail, I called dhl and they went to pick up passports

You have 30 days to send it and they won't keep it in their office longer then 7 days (that's in the mail)

They don't send email, just ecas will update to 'medicals have been received'.
