hi boggz, we too didn't hire a lawyer when we responded to the fairness letter, we responded on our own..we only consulted a lawyer and have our documents notarized.. we signed the declaration of ability and provided our plans including the financial plans showing our ability to provide...

glad to hear that..btw, i have read some articles that medical exam is discretionary..meaning, the visa officer may or may not request for a new medical exam..also, they have the right to extend it.You can double check on this issue for confirmation. I completely agree with mikenz...many are dying to get the pr (just like us), doing all things just to meet the requirements..but some are not taking serious attentions once their pr has been approved...

I agree with Regina, actually the DMP will conduct the medical exam individually, so definitely the doctor will notice..that was the procedure when we have our medical exam on august 2012..btw, we're still waiting for our visa application.
