Yes, you can do this. You might also can email CIC to let them know you send more pics and docs to your case once you mail them.

Have you sent pics to CIC when they requested marriage assessment questionarre ? If you want to send pics, you need send by mail. My understanding is they don't accept electronic photos. Keep in touch for any update !

Thanks for your answer :) It is my fault actually. At that time, I was thinking to file my case first and added my husband later, that would be fine. I did not realize that adding spouse after filed the CEC case causing too much delay.... A little bit regret... but nothing can change right now...

First of all, could you please provide your timeine? Like when you filed your CEC application ? When you got AOR ? When you added your spouse and when you sent out the relationship assessment questionnaire? This will be help to analyze your case. Second, your spouse got refused VISA in Canada...

I have a friend and her agent said if you added your spouse after you filed your CEC case. It will delay your case from 4 months to 9 months....... I feel helpless after I heared this msg....... 4 to 9 months ? Oh my God....... Anyone has any thought on this comment ? :(
