I think the format of Experience Letter you provided to them matches with that of Visa centre. Now it is your turn to proof that they are wrong. I suggest you provide additional documents, experience letter differently.

Generally they will ask for new Bank statement and bank Certificate again. So you have to keep the money in the bank. The best idea is to open a FDR account and when idle you can take loan against the FDR.
