    as per the present trend u can expect PPR by the end of sept... when u receive ur PPR just inform the cic of expected change in family composition they will notify u for further steps most probably they will wait for ur baby's passport and then will approve ur case.

    can u please provide the exact wording of cic if u havent filled ur home country work experience in Express entry profile then how they came to know about that job Sometimes Cic asks for paystubs for canadian exp, hope u r not mistaken

    I have a gut feeling that ur case will be reopened soon ( approx. 1 month ) But in the meanwhile you can create new profile as u dont have active EE profile at this moment and once your case is reopened withdraw the new EE profile
