I am an Australian citizen and applying of a study permit; Do I need to apply for a permit for my wife and 2 young children (3 and 1) at the same time? Or can they just come in as a tourist and have their passport stamped? Also, are processing times indicated in the Canadian Immigration website...

Hi, If you have an LMO, do you need to then apply for a work permit? If not, what documents do you need at point of entry? Also, my wife and children will be coming with me, can they enter on a holiday visa? I am only working in Canada for 12 months. We are Australian citizens Kind Regards

Thanks, I just wish I had the LMO, I am meant to start July 1! and the application was made mid March

I have been offered a job at UofS and the university has applied for the LMO. Does anyone know the current processing times? I'm from Australia if that makes a difference. Kind Regards
