Its like that I checked on cic .GC.ca ,they changed the rules now spouse will get conditional or for 2 years like in uk n then if u still living with partner u can apply for pr card.its just to reduce the incidence of fraud. But I am not sure when they gona implement this.

Hi my timeline is like Dec 2012, applied Jan 2013. File transferred to Islamabad n till now status is application received But last month I receive my original documents from Ottawa office.I am confused where my file is,if its in Islamabad then y I received documents from Ottawa.
