    No, you are not required to have any license to get into Public accounting firms. These firms hire people straight out of college. Auditors get a license (CPA in Canada) while working for these firms usually after two years.

    Was your transcript assessed by WES? From my inquiry with them, graduates from the Philippines need to have both a masters degree and bachelors degree. However, if your education was assessed by WES as the equivalent of a four year Canadian bachelor degree, they might consider it.

    From SS it usually takes 3 weeks to a month. However, from what I noted, recent trend suggest that the passports would be returned a week from DM. However, no guarantee, I am waiting for my passports more than two weeks now from my DM date.
