Hi Canuck, if you are asking about the time it took to get a response on PR card collection interview.. Then it took around 1.5 years as it was applied on H&C grounds.

So what are my next steps . Do i wait for the minister deicision ? I am still outside Canada , and based on my 1 year PR card , i am planning to move to Canada considering that i will be able to overcome the inadmissibility by showing them that i have started living in Canada. Please advise.

i got the PR card renewed for 1 year but also reported as inadmissible under section 44(1) due to no complying to RO obligations. as per my lawyer.. i should stay here for 1 year ... and then repply for PR .. and chances are that i will get 5 years PR after that... she told me once i get the 5...

I applied on H&C and not meeting RO requirements. I recently got a letter to collect PR card. I am Based outside Canada

I am outside Canada and will be entering via USA land border. The letter says that your PR card is generated however I will have to showcase all H&C documents and go through the interview. As i will be leaving behind my kids so I have to return in 2 days ..... the whole challenge is time... I...

Hello, My Pr is expiring in Sep-2021. I have only spent 2 weeks in Canada (Please dont judge me on this as I was the sole care taker of my mother.) Can I apply for PNP ontario , while maintaining my PR ? Once I have the PNP then i will renounce the PR. Is this a workable plan ?
