I sent my file on Oct 4 2013. My CC was cashed on early April 2014 by them and I still have not got any response. When i call them they say they will reply by beginning of Aug 2014 but i still got no thing. Is there any one like me waiting for response. Can any one help me?

I sent my application on Oct 2013 and now its been June 2014 not got any official mails. My bank informed me that my CC was cashed on April 2014 till than no mails no letters. What must be the reason? I am really worried now. Can any one tell me what should i do? :(

any idea on when was your payment deducted and when was your file opened. how did you knew that your file was opened.

I am from Nepal. My sister applied for QSW nurses program on October 4 2013. We recently have received information from bank that Hong Kong office have deducted money from my account. But yet I've not received any official mails.
