i dont think they are allowed for social assistance. and OAS is for people who lived in canada more than 10 years

oh i think i understand the confusion here my parents applied normal visitor visa before. and there are UCI on the visa, that UCI is usable to search. if you cannot find that or do not have that. you can always use your own UCI, sponsor's UCI, to check status.

both my, sponsor's UCI, and the main applicant's UCI can be used. if you use sponsor's UCI, you will see 2 column, one is sponsorship progress ,the other is PR processing progress, if you use applicant's UCI, for me is my mother's. you can only see the PR processing progress

I have not received my AoR yet, but my ecas shows my parents application

CIC keeps sending me reminder instead of AoR T_T
