Hi, I've got the message from CIC in my email that they have sent a correspondence in my Dad's GC Account. I checked my Dad's GC (CIC) account and saw the Biometrics Collection Letter Request dated Sep03 for my Mom with instruction to do it within 30 days.

Just an update. I was able to link the PGP app to my Dad's online account today, June10 using his UCI and personal info. When I linked it successfully, I was able to see a file number starting with an "F" which I think is a temp application number. Still no email from IRCC about the official AOR...
