Not really sure. I tried the job match function for Express Entry a few times but that 1) does not show my specific skill job yet 2) did not get any response to the application of those closely related with my specific skill.

Well, I used the CRS calculator to get the points calculated based on the input of Bachelor Degree and the IELTS which showed up the applicable skill transferability factor. May be people who need it can refer to the Grid to understand it.

Yup. Thanks for details. Your analysis is correct. I think if I try to go for retaking IELTS, may be I can add near to 6 more points if I can increase my score by .5 to speaking and listening. Not sure that would worth though as I don't see any other options to increase score. Can't do anything...

You can register for job bank only after submitting the EE profile. The job bank will be linked to your EE profile no. and that is manadatory to register for. Once you have EE profile no., register using express entry option on the job bank and you will get a job seeker validation code to continue.

Is the foreign work experience you are referring here is "Out of Canada" work experience? Could you share your score breakup please? I have a Masters + IELTS R 8.5, L 8, W 7.5, S 7 + 10 years of work ex but its coming to 408 with spouse ECA.

I have 8.5/8/7.5/7 for R/L/W/S. If I could increase Speak and and Listen by .5 then I guess I can add another 6 points. Currently I am at 408. But, I am afraid in case if somehow my score goes lower, then I'll need to use my latest IELTS score anyway ... any ideas on that ?

Just a thought. If you are married then the 40 points would be awarded for spouse and your individual points would be come down at the same ratio. I don't see a way that you can bump your points with spouse by 44-54 marks when 40 are reserved for spouse. My own individual score gets down by 12...

Can't be said. My individual score is 398 and with spouse 408, but its very uncertain. It all depends on the score of new members entering into the pool and the no. of invites to be given.

There is an option to specify that you are married and select accompanying spouse "No". That would come with better score (may be 10-15 points plus based on you age, language score, qualification and experience). But, family sponsorship takes a long time.. sometimes years so it may be difficult...

Noted. Thanks for inputs. I was just exoressing my opinion if there may be a criteria on CRS marking in case if low scorers are not needed. Aging is also a factor for low score and not only qualification. Agreed on your point on productivity.
