really? that's odd. But I think we will be ok as it does state on the site that update was June 2018. I think the latest form that is there is correct (10-2017)

NBI clearance can be to follow but I suggest getting it early, between PER and MR so that you can suggest it together with your RPRF (they will ask NBI clearance as additional documents kasi). If In Process na, it means it is on its way (or nasa Manila VO na). :)
