Hello, I am seeking to apply under NOC 2131. I have one query. I have just taken a new passport as my old passport was expired. But some of my documents (IELTS report, PCC) have my old passport number. Does this make any difference ? Or shall I submit the copy of my old passport as well ? Thanx
