Yes, its safe..i am resident of Dubai... I heard recently( in last 3weeks) BD citizens are not getting transit visa/allowed to stay hotel outside airport in due to some security reason,please cross check again with Emirates.

Yes its confusing, also in my GCMS note it was mentioned that my file transferred from SGVO to MVO in early February.
