Guys can we come out of Canada before getting our PR card and your family memeber will courier it to your location is it possible or we can only get out of Canada after getting the PR card ???

Guys we are waiting for passports from NDVO we have submitted passports on 9th March ... do you have any idea what the average tim taken by NDVO ?? ... now people from which date are reciving their passports back ?

Buddy as per my experience they are not checking anything for past surgeries they just asked verbally and what to reveal and what not just ask your family friend as they have your urine and blood to test so I am not sure how much they will reveal ... here test was like ... blood test , urine...

Buddy not sure about the medical at your place but here in Pune they just asked about surgeries and TB in past if you say yes then most probably they will ask you to go for some more test and it will cost you some more money ...what i will suggest is to go to your family doctor or your known...

Buddy what i am thinking is the stage in which the May 1-15 people enter jam the system :) ...thats why its taking more then expected time for us in all stages .. I myself waiting for passports like anything

It should not be any problem as you have already make them aware about the refusal of visa just send a letter by mentioning the reason like you have send a lot of docs and in all the hustle and bustle you missed to mention about refusal ... they are humans and will consider your genuine reason...
