Added my case here. MR - Feb 7, 2014 ME done - Feb 12, 2014 RPRF/Biodata request - Mar 4, 2014. Paid and sent back on the same day In Process date - Feb 26, 2014 E-CAS status is still "In Process".

Hi guys, I have a simple question. When I send biodata to CIC, is it ok to send it in MS Word format or should I save and send it in PDF format? Is this going to be a problem if I send it in MS Word format? Anybody's reply please. Thank you.

CIC makes a decision whether your document are adequate or not, and I don't know CIC informs you of receiving documents. I didn't get any e-mail from CIC at that time.
