Yes. My wife received the owp under the pilot program. I contacted CIC and it was an error. They are going to correct it and issue it again although it can take up to 90 days for us to get it again. I contacted my MP and he's going to look into this and see if he can get it issued faster. My...

Hi, I sent in my application for my wife to CPC-M on Feb 28, 2014 and received on March 3rd 2014. I'm yet to receive a confirmation from CIC. How long does that take? My wife is an American green card holder as well. Does that make any difference?
