How did you find out that the visa was issued???? i know I'm with the singapore office but the people on the singapore timeline suck unless your from india or Bangladesh.lol..

no not always. i think it depends if you ask to receive notice by email or by regular mail... all our communications have only come by email..

but when they request the passport its says to issue your visa.....

Yes it will come soon or later... sometimes you see on peoples time lines it comes in days.... Question i have is do you see any thing on the e-site that the visa has been issued or passport is being returned? if we don't get the passport back by the end of next week ill just send them a email...

Im waiting too. we sent my wifes march 27 through VFS... nothing from them or singapore. they say that if you receive it within a month to contact them... Good luck...
