Hubby received his request letter for his documents to issue the resident visa. YAY!!! We mailed away all the requested info today so now we wait, again ;) For anyone wondering it looks like you have until 1 year from the date of your medical to enter Canada with the perm residence visa. YAY!!

Just received the letter from CIC, sponsorship approved YAY!! File transferred to Sydney office July 9th. Not sure who manages the spreadsheet hi if you could please update my info that would be awesome. One more step to go :)

The only information here for myself (sponsor) is "decision made" and for husband (applicant) is "application received". No info on if the sponsor application has been approved or denied or if it had been forwarded to Sydney :(. Guess I will have to eagerly await the letter
