    I meant the file is in Halifax IRCC , that's what I get for posting at night :D . I really thought we would at least have our notice if not the test by January.. I wonder where in CB the oath will be? (Probably on Canada Day at this rate..)

    How? I'm not asking if he'd be rejected, I'm asking if the knowledge test is worded easily enough for lower level people to be able to understand..

    My husband has low scores in reading and writing, is there any way they'd consider that when arranging his test? I mean, could he get an interview instead of a written one?
