No problem! Ive been in the same situation ;D so i know how it feels. Send emails to other Universities\ colleges and you will get an answer. If you need anything let me know.

Sent my application on December 10, 2007. We started processing your application on March 18, 2008. Your file was transferred to the Ottawa office on March 31, 2008 Wrote the test on April 20, 2010. Received RQ and was sent on Nov 2011. Still waiting. Ottawa Office.

There is always an opportunity somewhere.. id advice you to contact other Universities\ Colleges, I'm pretty sure you will get accepted somewhere. ( As long as there is money involved, you will be fine)

Hi Moti, i called CIC and told me to call back in 90 days to get all the information needed.. my e-cas says " in process". I didn't get my ATIP notes and i don't really know how get it, local office is Ottawa I'm guessing and i don't know if my application is transferred to St.Clair.
