If you could get an official letter from your employer to demonstrate that you have to travel regularly then you may have a good chance to expidate your application process. A travel itinerary might help as well. The problem is you don't have a job yet.

Does the security check process start after IRCC request for FB or it starts after passing the test exam or when the application turn to IP? Does anyone know?

They will let you cross but expect to have a hard time at the customs and you probably going to be sent to a secondary screening process.
