you can visit hospital and conform that your medical has been uploaded to server. and find out where your file is being processed and send CSE to that specific visa office along with general IRCC

that is the problem. may be they couldnt able to find medical result from their server. because upfront medical is being uploaded through UMI number, where as CIC official might search with IME number they have generated for individuals file

essentially how strictly they analyse your medical results. nothing we can do about it. you can send CSE to them according to how much time u have been given to submit medical result. you can find more information and discuss it here...
