Hi, If I, the sponsor, nor my wife, the principal applicant have no dependants at all, do we need to include this form in your application package? Seems like a waste to fill out all the answers as "Not applicable", but if that is required, then so be it.

We have completed our applicant and spousal sponsorship forms over the past month, and therefore have signed and dated each form on a different date. Will this cause problems at immigration when they see each form was signed on a different date?

Thanks for the reply. So, I assume the only reason the sponsor should supply a criminal record check is if it is REQUESTED by CIC.

Hi, Just checking to be sure. Is it true that BOTH the applicant for permanent residence, AND the sponsor (Born Canadian Citizen) need Criminal Record Checks? Or just the applicant needs this?
