    From the name, date of birth and landing date, It would be sufficient informations to grab your files. One has to put even more information in IMM 5455. like hight eye colour etc..

    I do not think you need to send it again. If you even write on the pohto your name and date of birth and you on the IMM form your landing date. These three information will be enough to drag your file.. Goodluck

    I think you are fine, you just send the photo based on their email, while later you got the mail they send you. The mail service of Canada post for normal mail is very slow. You just need to wait and you will get your PRC hopefully soon...

    I call them a week ago, they ask for retake photo while saying my wife photos is fine, So I send them only mine. Today I call them they are saying we need your wife photos as well.. Do not know why they are doing like this...

    I send the two pics today, but did not accompany with it any explanatory letter. I just send to them two photo and the IMM 5455B form. Hope with the client name, eye colour, hight and date of birth they will be able to identify my form..
