Hey reannox, I don't think you will need LMIA anymore. Since you already eligible to apply BOWP, and it's valid for 1 year. That's should be enough time for you to get your PR. And actually that's the purpose of why CIC they issue BOWP.

Guys, I got a question from my friend who is also a FSW2 applicant and got his PER. His WP is about to expire in 2 months and he is ready to apply BOWP. Can he change his job after he got BOWP as he is FSW2 applicant? or he has to wait till he got his PR?? Thanks!!
