Since you are already in Canada, you just apply for CEC. However, the fswp is also a good option. With processing time, there is really no definite accuracy yet on which is faster.

You can definitely apply for this. Hence, it only takes 10 business days for WES to do credential/education evaluation.

Thats's true! It gives more chance of nomination for those who have already submitted to RLMD.
