I think we are the winners. NOC 2243 application received at CIC 28 April...fee encashed 10 May...PER email received 13 May :P (For info, this was our 4th application)

It gave roles and responsibilities over the past 25 years but yes, I suppose it could possibly be deemed as being without specific detail. Do you think this could be the cause of the rejection? The fact that the information was supplied but not clearly written in black and white?
