I just need the CSQ as it will be cheaper for me to study there that way, and work for awhile, if i go as an international student the fees are much higher and i'd need longer to save up.

Oh yes, the english test will be essential too you're right, as they will not give me points for it otherwise. I've seen centres here in Manchester that conduct the English and French tests. So I'm thinking of getting the TEF book and CD and practicing as much as possible and take the test here.
